Many thanks to the anonymous donors who sent us stamps and money to continue our efforts. We couldn't do it without you! Members of PIE are concerned about the ecological footprint we're leaving for future generations, and about the immediate impact of industrial wind energy installations currently in place, proposed, or being contemplated. We believe that our land is far too precious to be the football of differing political ideologies, and that spending any time or energy on wind power takes away from solving the problems that will literally save this planet from global warming. Both public and private commitment are needed to protect the environment in Illinois.
